They have sucked… BUT… has anyone considered CBS was simply full of crap on the selling of these slots and at what ad sales prices? I have never seen so much “interna network” advertising when these time spots are like Manhatten real estate in television terms.

The coprorate advertising economies are obviously much weaker than people realize, as not much funding was put into production.

The only good ones were the godaddy ones (sex appeal) and the one with Beyonce (sex appeal). None of them were funny. Very disappointing overall. I’d say easily the worst in my memory.

I agree…. but I did like the one with Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo reprising their roles as the Griswolds from the Vacation movies. Very nostalgic.

Wow what a disappointing year! The game was good, but almost everyone that watches it looks forward to the commercials, I cant believe how bad, and non creative these commercials were this year. It seems like about half of the commercials were for CBS shows, maybe CBS shouldnt be allowed to show the superbowl anymore.
