The Center For Physically and Emotionally Safe Schools provides a variety of services to schools, youth facilities educators, mental health professionals, parents and students in their efforts to prevent bullying and effectively deal with it when it occurs. 

These services include:

Problem assessment including the use of survey measures to help determine the nature and extent of your bullying problem.

Trainings to educate school staff and mental health professionals.  A variety of reasonably priced workshops ranging from one day overviews to three day certification programs are available

Program development to help schools and youth facilities develop and implement their own bully prevention/intervention programs geared toward meeting their own specific needs.

Behavioral and clinical intervention strategies designed to help educational facilities, educators and mental health professionals effectively work with the challenging behaviors and related issues they encounter when working with children and adolescents.

Staff focus groups designed to help professionals gain a greater understanding of bullying, their roles in their school’s/program’s bullying problem, their responsibility to keep kids safe and what they can do to prevent bullying and intervene when it occurs.

Student focus groups designed to help kids gain a greater understanding of bullying, their roles in their school’s/program’s bullying problem, their responsibility to keep their school/program and each other safe and what they can do to prevent bullying and intervene when it occurs.

Parent groups designed to educate parents about bullying, teach them how to help their children deal with bullying and help parents work with their schools to combat bullying.

Assembly presentations designed to raise awareness and open a dialogue regarding bullying in your school/program.

Professional consultation to provide guidance and support with problem assessment, program development, as well as program implementation and maintenance.

Counseling to help individuals deal with bullying and the impact it has on their lives.
